Wallachia is a mountainous region in the very eastern part of Moravia in the Czech Republic, near the border to Slovakia.

Hotel Kahan is located in a protected landscape area in the Beskydy Moutains, where the river Rožnovská Bečva flows through them. Very close to the hotel is the outstanding Horní Bečva reservoir, where visitors can walk or fish. Moravskoslezské Beskydy is part of the biggest mountain range in Moravia. Thousands of visitors from both the Czech Republic and from abroad come every year to discover the nature of the area and its memorable views.
